Very knowledgeable, had patience, very easy to work with, only glitch was move-in early was not on original contract, and I missed it when signing. It caused a problem with selling Realtor.

Oscar did a fantastic job for us! The property was less than desirable in our eyes but he was positive about everything. So professional and friendly. He was recommended by my sister who is a realtor. She was right and he is amazing! He sold the house so fast! He kept in constant communication with me. I would use his services again if the need arose.
