Seller reviewOscar was invaluable to our sale process in Perry Oklahoma. Our relocation to Texas took place almost immediately after placing the home on the market. Oscar called regularly with updates, always answered questions, texts etc right away. He would let me know the status of the yard or any other issues that could come up with the house. Also, during the winter months he made sure the faucets were dripping during any freezing weather. Oscar in my opinion went above and beyond to insure a worry free sale experience for my wife and i during our transition. For my company's relocation policies and program he facilitated all inspections and repair quotes for us. I would not hesitate to use Oscar for any future home buying/sale needs.
