Buyer reviewI first met Oscar when I made a trip to Stillwater, OK when deciding if I was going to move here with my family. I stopped into several real estate offices in town and really liked Oscar from the first time I met him. He constantly sent me properties that were for sale and when we decided to make an offer he worked hard to get it closed even though there were a multitude of odd situations with the home we bought. He was great and I will definitely be using him again and recommending him to friends and family.

He did a great job only showing us houses meeting our guidelines, and we put a contract on the house the same day. We live a couple hours away, and he took care of everything for us so we could just come back to closing. We were thrilled with Oscar's professionalism and his knowledge of the Stillwater area. He has always been respectful, knowledgeable, will work with out work schedules and most of all trust worthy., As we worked with Oscar over the years we went thru all of the above and he was excellent in his professionalism and consideration of us. WE were qualified for a HUD loan and the paperwork and extensive time and overall work that went in to getting this loan set up was un real. Oscar always learned what needed to be done, set up appointments for us, contacted us with what needed to be done. We could not have done this without him. The fact that we trust him made the process so much easier. I would recommend Oscar to anyone for their home purchase. To make informed decisions one must have correct facts and if Oscar did not know the answer to a question he never hesitated to find the answer and get it to us so we had all the facts to make the decisions that was needed.
