Seller reviewPam did an excellent job with this property. It posed a challenge as it was an "As Is" sale and the exiting tenant was not the most accomodating. Adding to the complexity, I live out of state, and wanted to prevent having to come to Warrenton to prepare the house for sale. Pam worked diligently to make it all possible. Her superior knowledge of the area and the market made the process a breeze. She was persistent and followed up with every detail and the whole process was made simple for me, even from afar. I would recomment Pam to anyone!
