My name is Pat Davis. I am a long time resident of Inverness/Citrus County. I am married and have 3 adult children one of which also a Realtor with me here at Century 21. I am committed to my clients and work hard to achieve result for them. As the market and my clients needs are always changing I take every advantage to keep myself aware of market conditions to insure my clients, whether selling or buying an advantageous position in our marketplace. I have been a full time Realtor in Inverness/Citrus County area for over 20 years. Prior to beginning my career in Real Estate I was in banking and prior to that in new home sales/construction. My entire career has been real estate based enabling me to be well versed in all phases.

Seller reviewThis is the 6th house we have sold over the years. We have only had 2 great agents and Pat Davis is 1 of those 2. You firm is lucky to have an agent as good as her. She should be training your other agents. Please give her a bonus as she did and awesome job!!. With Pat you never had to worry. From the very start she showed her great ability to communicate. One day to go under contract. I think that says it all.
