Pat was a pleasure to deal with. I chose her after reading her profile on the website. She had a lot of experience and local knowledge of the area. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She is and has been a real estate professional for a long time. Real estate is here profession. My overall interaction with Pat was very good. We spoke freely and discussed our plans regularly. Any time I contacted her with questions or concerns, she got back to me promptly with the proper answers and information. Any time I had a concern she promptly took action.

I was slightly concerned that both the Buyer and Seller agents were with the same firm. However it worked out, even including a requested price reduction from us due to expected extensive renovations. In addition, she was personable, accessible and friendly. We lucked out!! There was even a tricky session with the bank's lawyer and I didn't want things to get messed up. I asked Pat to be "quarterback" and she stepped right in and got things working smoothly.
