Seller reviewPat Hickman is very down to earth and easy to get along with. Most importantly, she acted quickly with doing EVERYTHING she could to sell our home. Pat did an open house the 1st weekend after we listed on a Friday and had our house SOLD within one week! She put out HUGE signs, made beautiful color flyers and had a very professional photographer take beautiful photos for the MLS listing. She mailed out postcards and invited realtors to a realtor open house (we had about 11 show up). We couldn't be happier and we'll recommend her to everyone we know.
