This was a very delicate process as it was the sale of the home my 78 year old father lived in for many years. The process was very emotional for him and very stressful for me as I am part of that "sandwich generation", taking care of aging parent and also a young family of my own. Pat needed to be very sensitive to that and had to know when to be delicate and and when to be firm. She knew that hyping up the sale would upset my father and she was still able to achieve great results all while carrying out a sales campaign that was almost silent to my Dad. She was at EVERY SHOWING so that my Dad did not feel awkward. She took my calls, e-mails and text messages, whenever, wherever. Pat truly went well above and beyond the call of duty. She facilitated introductions with retirement communities, estate liquidators, an estate planning attorney, and a financial planner. My Dad also has 3 large dogs of 2 of which he might have had to give up depending on where he was going to live. Pat reached out to her network was able to find an options for a couple of them. Pat truly cared for my Dad's well being during this incredibly difficult transition. She is the embodiment of the Realtor Code of Ethics and so much more. Pat is a great friend to our family and will continue to be our Realtor in the future. Pat was aware of the value of my property from her in depth knowledge of the market in Rolling Hills. She supported that with statistics and her own personal experience. Because we agreed on an appropriate listing price she had a prospective buyer for my house before the listing hit the MLS.
