Seller reviewI want to thank Ms Patrice Robinson for the hard work and dedication she showed during the pre-closing mania required to close on my property in Richton Park. It is clear to me that she went above and beyond servicing a client whose property netted her such a very small commission, but her commitment to me and the sale of my property was no less than that which would be expected of a property selling for millions. I don't know who her boss is, but they should know how extremely pleased I am with Ms Robinson's professionalism and every aspect of the way in which She handled my realestate deal. Buyer reviewBuying/selling property can be stressful, but if you have the right agent things can be much better. Patrice Robinson is an excellent agent that is professional, friendly, accessible, prompt, thorough, driven, and highly knowledgeable. She always answered my questions, gave me excellent referrals that I'd use again (lawyer and inspector), kept me informed, and helped walk me through the entire process of buying my home.
