Seller review

Patty suggested I list it for more than I did, but my intent was for it to be the best priced and lots of "curbside appeal" for sale. It worked! The house sold in one day. I live about 500 miles from where the house was, so Patty did a LOT of the scheduling for inspections, flooring installations, repairs and all the other things I could not do from long distance.
