To Patti Davila, C-21 Management, C-21 Staff, Potential C-21 Buyer & Potential Future C-21 Seller Over the years I've found that Realtors and Real Estate Companies love their lists. they love these list with all its configuration's. Guess that's why they call it a listing. Bear with me; abstract, concrete, TODO, Pro vs Con, Best-of, top ten, Inventory and the all knowing Punch lists. Don't forget the Check-Check/ List-List, the list to identify completed and uncompleted lists. First list Patti and I created wasn't on my radar. She asked me, "can you give me a list of all the things you need to make you happy?" I was knocked my off my feet. This was a blueprint. A blueprint for which all other list would be built upon. Happiness? Who'd-a-thought? For all of you who wish to read on, please allow me to reference the Language Art of a Realtors list in the style of Q &A. (Q & A) Did Patti Davila: 1. Sleuth her Rolodex to help me assemble a staff to ready my home for a market? (Y) 2. Find me a a cleaning crew to get ready for open house? (Y) 3. Find me a locksmith, securing my garage to house my personal stuff to allow viewings while working? (Y) 4. Find me a painter for in areas that needed refreshing? (Y) 5. Find me an electrician to swap out my high end fixtures? (Y) 6. Accommodate my demanding schedule in every way, shape and form? (Y) 7. Was Patti tough, demanding, hard nosed, unyielding and or difficult to work with me to while selling my home? (N) 8. Was Patti tough, demanding, hard nosed, unyielding and or difficult to work with the "Buyer" to sell my home? (Y) (Pacing with her phone with the other agent) 9. Have a contract in my hands within 2 days after going live with the web listings /open House /viewings? (Y) 10. Got me $13,000 above asking above market price? (Y) I Cant tell ya about the time when she to came over w/ tiny little sponges & Q-tips to touch up door trim with I sourced from Sherman Williams. (Nuts, Hugh?) I Won't mention the time she came over with husband in tow to repair a loose handle on my built-in microwave oven door.(Crazy! Right?) I Shouldn't wax poetic finding her chewing the fat and making friends with my friendly neighbor while beautifully conversing in Español. (Bilingual too? Stop!) The list goes on. Truth be told, little surprises like that and many more went over big with me. Thank you, Patti Davila & family. Your sense of urgency. Never vague coupled with light as a feather stiff as a board approach was pure magic. Thank you, Century21 Management, your team of Associate and Administrative staff. Of all the realtors I have worked with Patti Davila of Century 21 was by far most outstanding. Patty is a real professional, in her appearance, well spoken and diplomatic, great negotiator, knowledgeable of the local market, as well as all the rules and regulation of the real estate business. After I signed the listing contract, Patty went to work immediately to take photos of the property and the community, printed brochures, send out post cards and staged an open house. Right after the open house event I received 4 offers. We encountered some challenges and Patty find a solution or helped me to find one. She always kept me informed of every detail, answered my phone calls and on rare occasions when my phone call went to her voice box she returned my call by the end of the day. The contract of sale was signed on 22. of July and the closing of the property took place on August 16. I can not thank Patty enough for the excellent job she did for me and should I need the services of a realtor in the future Patty will be my first choice.
