Trisha Frostbutter is simply the best agent we could have asked for! Trish provided recommendations, which I followed and at the end, even though the house was on the market for just about a year, when we did get the buyer it was quick and effortless on our part. A solid buyer with reasonable expectations. Also in closing we did not get our check because of the remote closing as expected, Trish addressed this with the title company and it was all handled professionally with a good end result for us.

As a first time homebuyer I really didn't have many expectations because I wasn't knowledgeable regarding the homebuying process but from the first conversation, I could tell that Trish would take care of us. She understood and cared about our unique needs of having to close very soon due to my job transfer. I spoke to a few other agents but Trish's compassion really stood out.
