Buyer reviewPatty worked diligently to provide us with the best experience possible. We were moving from out of state which was a bit more complicated from the start. She worked to ensure that we had everything we needed at each step (through submitting multiple offers!) and coordinating with our other realtor out of state as needed for timing/closings. Patty went above and beyond while helping us tour homes as well and adjusting to our schedules - she was super flexible. We loved that everything was digital - signing documents, viewing homes, communications with her -- it just worked. We would definitely recommend Patty to family and friends and use her services in the future!

Seller reviewPatty did a great job with getting this home sold. I would 100% recommend her and wouldn't hesitate to work with her again in the future! I had always used a certain broker at Keller Williams for my real estate needs (3 sales and 2 purchases) and when I asked him to represent me with this sale he was going to refer me to someone in his office instead of doing it himself and I was a little turned off by that, like I wasn't a big enough potential commission for him or something and I had known Patty socially so I asked if she would represent me and she did not hesitate. She always got back to me right away with any questions or concerns I had! The entire thing ran smoothly from my perspective!
