Seller reviewPatricia was very helpful with suggestions on how to set up and market the house. This property was non-standard and unique for the neighborhood and we knew it would take the right shopper walking in who needed the in-law setup. I was very happy with her presentations and how she worked to move the house. I was very happy with the final sale of the property. I feel that we obtained an excellent price for the house and am thoroughly satisfied with my experience.

She knew the area, was professional, went out of her way to help us with everything to get the house ready to go on the market, offered solutions to problems we had, really went above and beyond any expectations I had. I live out of state so I had to depend on phone calls, emails and text messages to stay in touch. She was responsive, kept me abreast of all developments, and was knowledgeable about all aspects of the sale. I would strongly recommend her to anyone.
