Buyer reviewI had a glitch with the closing in that the buyer didn't disclose they were in probate until about a week after I put in an offer and they accepted my offer. When that detail came to surface, Trish Hickey contacted the seller's attorney before she contacted me so that she had all the details. She helped me make a decision to stay with the purchase of this property. Even though there were two delays in closing, I am very pleased with my property purchase and very happy that I took Trish's advice to proceed forward. Trish was always professional, knowledgeable, timely and thorough in her communications to me. I recommended Trish to a friend who is interested in purchasing a Florida home.
