She is extremely professional very knowledgeable of the area PPL she's working with and digs hard to make sure that she understands what it is a client is looking for in our 20 years of working with Patty she has sold or help this purchase at least three homes and has yet to disappoint is in any way she is on time thorough professional cordial and extremely personable and approachable and always accessible.

Seller reviewThe whole experience of selling my home was stressful for both sentimental and financial reasons. That being said, I feel as though Patti helped me through all the steps I needed to take to get it sold. She was understanding of my feelings and encouraging and helpful in many ways. I had never sold a property before so I had many questions. She answered them all and was very reassuring and confident that we would find the right person to buy my family home. It meant a lot to me to be given that support and treated as a friend. I would recommend Patti Brooks because she cares about people.

Buyer reviewMy initial communication with Patti came by chance. I believe she was sent to me personally to find our home. She took initiative from beginning to end to find a home that my son and I could be happy. Patti took each request I had into consideration and worked with me until I found what I wanted. Patti was also very honest and forthcoming with any positive or negative feedback to help me make a well informed decision on the house I was going to purchase.
