Seller reviewSelling a home is stressful! I knew of a neighbor who'd agreed to sell her home to neighbors; I had done the same thing and quickly realized I needed my own representation in that process. So I called the neighbor, who knew the neighbor who had used Patricia O'Callaghan. She agreed to meet & then to work within the parameters of selling my home to a friend. After 6 very long weeks of no offers on that home, I listed with Patricia. THEN I had to clean & prep my home! I'd spent 6 weeks thinking & anticipating very little work would need to be done, so had let things go a bit. Patricia was encouraging & helpful through that process, & recommended a very capable, hard working person for cleaning & staging purposes. And then, Patricia & her husband made sure the property was in tip top condition when I had to "get out". So appreciated (& glad it's over!). Thanks, Patricia!
