Seller reviewI seriously can NOT say enough good about Pat Patton! Had she not gone into real estate, she should have been an attorney :-) That this was a challenging sale is a gross understatement. Everything that could have gone wrong did, in spades. Pat persevered, put in hours of direct labor, hours of worry, and even one freak-out session. Pat is a consummate professional, a hard worker, and a fantastic realtor. The home was sold in a very short period of time. Because of Patricia's help I made considerable profit. I don't think another agent could have achieved for me what Patricia did.
