Patti Smay was dealing with a difficult situation finding us a home - as the market is tough right now in addition to the greedy sellers out there. She was always available when we needed her. Our seller was very difficult in this process, right up to the day/time of closing - Patti stuck with us throughout it all & at times we were ready to throw in the towel because of the seller constantly throwing a curve in the sale. Her dedication to the realestate world is above & beyond as she loves what she does and cares about her clients whether they are selling or buying.
