My children were educated in the Myrtle Beach Schools, and worked in our area businesses during the summers around their sun and beach time! I love this town and know that you will too! Patricia Tayor was open, honest and encouraging. She communcated with us frequently, updating us on showings, offers, etc.. Our primary residence is not in SC, and she took care of some tasks that we weren't able to do. She guided us through the entire process, explaining aspects of the sale and answering all of our questions. We feel very blessed to have had her work with us. We highly recommend her to represent others who are selling a home in the Grand Strand area. She has lived there for many years and knows the area very well.
