My interest in real estate is to assist you in locating the house that will become your home. Whether you are buying your first home, starting a life together, growing your family, or experiencing the "empty nest" syndrome, my desire is to help you find the house you will turn into a home.
In 2014 I received the GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designation from the National Association of Realtors® for completing the required 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering a variety of subject including: contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction.
In 2018 I received the Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification (PSA) and Accredited Buyer's Representative(ABR) Designation from the National Association of Realtors® by completing the required hours of Continued Education classes.
As a Multi-Million Dollar Producer (2009, 2011-2020) and receiving the Quality Service Award (2009, 2011-2015, 2017), let me put my experience to work for you. I consider myself to be as honest as I possibly can be and I do not exaggerate when I say that my experience was not only nearly flawless but Mr. Cool was extremely kind and above par in all helpfulness. Mr. Cool went out of his way numerous times to help me with scanning documents, meeting me for different questions, delivering keys, letting me into houses, scheduling inspections, and dealing with other real estate agents. I don't think I would soon run out of good things to say concerning the customer satisfaction my wife and I have had during this purchase.
