The first showing Pat took us to he was so upfront and honest it was a breath of fresh air. Pat is the total package. Not only did Pat make me feel comfortable during the process but he was able to put me in touch with all the right people for the purchase and inspection of my home. Pat walked us through the entire process from start to finish and made my life so much easier than any other broker. His level of professionalism put all my worries at ease when making this important decision. We hit a rough patch with the seller during the process and I was sure we were not going to be able to go through with the purchase. Within 30 minutes, Pat had the deal we wanted back on the table and we locked it in the very next day.
