Seller reviewPatrick Manliclic was a great agent! I do know him personally, but I don't think that changed the service he provided me. He answered texts/ emails promptly, found out answers to my questions, and was professional through it all. An example of how he went above and beyond is right when I listed my condominium. I told him I didn't think the pictures accurately showed my home (clarity of photos, angles etc). He went back and retook the pictures himself with a high definition camera. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an agent that will work with them to get their desired end result.

Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers, Patrick was amazing to work with. From the beginning, he is friendly and approachable. He was open to all of our home wants, needs, and suggestions. He gave very good insight before and during our home search. Patrick was always on time and professional at all of our meetings. We felt very comfortable working with him and always had open communication. Patrick has great energy and positivity. It is very obvious he is passionate about what he does. We are very happy with our home and our experience! I am sure Patrick will have a long, successfull career and help many others find a home they love.
