She never rushed us or tried to talk us into a property that she knew was not what we were looking for. I feel that many agents just are in it for the money, Patti is not one of them!!!!

In this market when houses go under contract as soon as they come on the market, she kept looking and got us into those houses, usually same day. It was a long process for us and her patience kept us sane. And eventually she found us our perfect home. Patti was very detailed during the negotiations and closing process, keeping everything on track (despite a few unforeseen bumps). Thanks Patti for helping us find and close on our perfect house. Buyer reviewPatti was great right from the start! I almost bought a condo with her help, and decided last minute I was not going to go through with the deal anymore. She was very understanding with the whole situation. A year passed and even though I did not buy that place with her help, my experience was still great because of her. I could have chose any other realtor at this point but decided to go with Patti again and I'm very happy I did! Not only did she help me find a house second time around but a better one at that! I would recommend Patti to anyone I know, and would certainly use her again myself.
