Seller reviewI thought it was professional We had a good working relationship. She didn't become discouraged or disagreeable with me when I showed frustration because the house took a long time to sell. The over 55 aspect and high taxes made it difficult to sell. Patti was always engaged and kept in contact with me during process. I think because of her many years of experience.

The decision to work with Patti was made based on several factors- she knows the local market, as she is from our home town, she has earned an impressive list of accomplishments and accolades over the course of her Real Estate career and has a strong dedication to her clients. On a more personal note, Patti is a long time family friend who has spent time in our home and is aware of the emotional attachment we had with the house, that degree of intimacy was a strong factor in our decision to have Patti represent us. We are happy with our decision!
