She listened to what was important to me and got an understanding of what I was looking for. I was comfortable in talking to her and felt confident in her understanding of the area, as well as her ability to execute her job professionally. She was very pro-active in initiating the inspections and communicated well with all concerned. She walked through the inspection page by page.. item by item. Her opinions were invaluable through the negotiation and inspection process.
