Seller reviewThere are many struggles that come with selling a house when you live out of state but I didn't have to worry about any of them while working with Patty Ross. She understood that I needed help with contractors and I was doing everything from afar. She stepped up and helped get things cleaned up and she made the house perfect for showing. She communicated in a timely manner and was very clear about the details of all the offers I received. She never rushed to grab weak offers- she knew the area and knew the value of the property. She is a great agent for sellers.
