It is not an exaggeration to state that Patty Seutter is the ultimate partner that one could ask for in a real estate agent. I can substantiate this by the numerous real estate agents I worked with in our 4-5 year search for our dream home. We met Patty at a time where the market seemed to have crushed our dream and we had all but given up hope. But Patty began to work hard for us. Most of the work went unnoticed and unrecognized, such as hours spent answering texts and calls responding to concerns and questions. She always knew what to say and offered solutions, never gave in to negativity, and always pointed us toward what was possible. With constant focus, positivity, and drive, Patty kept us going, until finally we found our dream home, and amazingly went under contract sight unseen. It happened not because of timing, coincidence or circumstance, although they played a part. The primary reason we acquired our dream is because of Patty. This is not an understatement. Patty knew what was needed, seized the opportunity, and did what it took to make it happen. She spared no cost, effort or time (to her own sacrifice and detriment) to help us find and achieve our dream home. There are no words to describe our thankfulness for what Patty did for us and continues to do for us. Something that must be understood is that Patty doesn't do this for money. She could do something else with her talents which requires far less of her sweat, tears, and time, and provides more pay. But rather, she has found her niche, and she is motivated by a heart for others and a desire to help others through some of the most stressful and difficult real estate situations. I don't know how she does it, and as a manager at a Fortune 400 company, I should be able to figure it out, but I am baffled. What I do know is that Patty Seutter sacrificially cares for her customers and in the process, clients become friends. Truly no words can describe how Patty has impacted me and my family's lives with her selfless devotion. We are forever indebted and appreciative to Patty and to Century 21. Patty likes to say "I believe there is a home out there for everyone" and I have to admit that after years of searching, I had become disillusioned. Our dream had been crushed by failed agents, bad deals, and an impossible market. But Patty not only revived our dream, but she gave us hope, and gave us a home. Patty Seutter was absolutely amazing in all aspects from our new home offer, negotiations, and purchase through the sale of our previous home. She was always accessible and answered our questions with honesty and professionalism. Patty went above and beyond in all aspects. I believe the only reason I got this house is because patty was quick and persistent with listing agent. The home was only listed 12 hrs when I found it online and after an accepted offer the listing agent received many calls about it. So patty did amazing with staying on top of listing agent to move things quickly before another buyer came in with another bid.
