So Patty redid the timeline and prep work I think three times as we worked through to the sale.My mother was sure that she would lose money on the condo because we were selling it as is; it still had the green shag carpeting and velvet yellow and green plaid wallpaper in the master bath. Patty was so reassuring to her and so patient. It is sold and I can hear my mom from above cheering because she loved to make money. I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. The group affiliated with C21 that is available to help with moving and packing and any number of issues; would have been more helpful had I known about them from the very beginning of the process; not once it was on the market.
