Buyer reviewPatty was an excellent agent. I was referred by the Century 21 Broker who was handling the sale of my house in California. I spoke to Patty several times before I arrived in Texas. She had an excellent understanding of what I wanted and how home ownership fit into my long term financial and life goals. She never asked me what I qualified for, only what I wanted to spend on this purchase. I really appreciated that attitude and her dedication to finding me a home that fit my life! Once I made an offer on a great home, Patty just brought it in for me. I had a clear understanding of the process and clear expectations regarding the offer I made. We closed in 30 days! Once the house was purchased Patty gave me all kinds of contacts in my area for tree trimmers, sprinkler installers, lawn folks and always had a recommendation for anything I asked about. She has visited since the sale and has also kept in touch. Patty will be my realtor for life! Patty genuinely wants to to help you find a house that fits you and what you want to do.
