Paul was always quick to respond and answered all of my questions perfectly. When visiting homes, my wife found him exceptional to work with. He would give details and facts, explaining things without being demeaning. He was great about offering his observations, and only offering opinions and suggestions when we asked, as opposed to making us feel pressured into a decision. Overall, exceptional to work with.
