Buyer reviewPaul Saalfield was truly head and shoulders above any broker I have every dealt with. The amount of time and consideration that Paul put into helping us getting the home of our dreams was above and beyond any service I have ever experienced. Paul carefully explained the home purchasing process, then took time to walk us through several homes and explain the differences which was very important to us. Paul was an outstanding negotiator and helped us buy the house of our dreams at the price we wanted. I have already recommended Paul to several people and they have been extremely happy with his services as well.

Seller reviewMy husband and I both felt vey confident about Paul Saalfield from the first meeting we had with him. We were familiar with him from his previous business enterprise in Fort Wayne which helped us feel we weren't dealing with a "stranger" even though we hadn't personally met before. Paul's business background and experience was most certainly a major point when we made our decision to go with him. He clearly knew what he was doing and made us feel sure that we had made the right decision by choosing him. Paul made very practical suggestions about how we could improve the appearance of our home to make it more appealing to future buyers. By following his instructions, and by agreeing on a sales price that we thought made sense we felt prepared and confident that our home would sell quickly. And it did. We received our first offer just a day or two after listing! Needless to say again, but we were thoroughly satisfied with the assistance we got from Paul and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. In addition to all this, we also felt we made a friend. Paul is a good, honest man and Century 21 is fortunate to have him representing them.
