Buyer reviewI have to say, I wasn't the perfect buyer my past financial choices left me with a lower credit score. Paul Szostek was determined to over come those obsicles and he did. Several years ago my son lost his father and shortly after that my 2 children and I ended up in small 2 bedroom apartment and it had been a long road of recovery. I never thought buying a home was in my reality and after talking to Paul he assured me that it was possible and although their were many bumps in the road on my end Paul was supportive above and beyond the call of duty. Paul encouraged me and was professional never skipping a beat. I am eternally grateful to Paul Szostek for his contribution into my families life, for making this happen so my children and I could have a beautiful, safe home.

Seller reviewWhen I originally contacted Century 21 about posiibly selling my property Paul Szostek called me right away. I explained the renters were interested in buying but just in case I would need a real estate agent. He remembered the dates I gave him and called to enquire when the lease was up. When the renters were unable to secure a loan we new exactly who we wanted to sell our home. Paul Szostek. AWESOME agent! EXCELLENT company! We would highly recommend both? Thank you

He took on our referred business on very short notice and prepared new showings when properties had been sold. He was understanding of our particular circumstances and went out of his way to be accommodating by offering transportation to the closing and submitting the homestead property paperwork himself. Paul is a gentleman you can trust fully. I was very happy with Paul's knowledge of what it took to secure the property. I would recommend him unconditionally.
