I really noticed and appreciated how Paula communicated equally with both of us. I'm used to more bias in favor of my husband from other people we've worked with. Paula really showed how she knew our decision making was equal. Paula worked with us to find us the perfect home and helped us navigate some less than ideal situations through the process. I knew we'd make it to the other side of purchasing in good shape with her as our advocate.
