Paula sold us our first home 9/2019 when we moved from Louisiana to Florida. She was amazing and of course we had to select her again to sell that home and buy our new one. Paula is so comforting and makes house selling and buying an easy process. She knows how I am a stressed out person and she always took time to make sure I was reassured all was good and always checked on me and kept us informed of every step of the process from the sale to the purchase of our new home. I highly recommend her to anyone I hear of wanting to purchase or sell. My son will be using her in the near future for his new home and to our family she is just spectacular. There is not enough time in the day to rave on her expertise, professionalism, positive attitude, always there to listen to our wants and needs, takes phone calls immediately, and best of all...she's so personable and we consider Paula a friend now. Paula deserves all the recognition she could possibly get in our opinion. She's amazing at her job and very knowledgeable and always always took into consideration OUR opinions and concerns. She's just the BEST!!!!! Be proud to have her on board at Century 21 because she's a winner!!! From selling to closing on new purchase, Paula was awesome and was right by our sides through it all. She's a hard dedicated realtor. Paula took into consideration every single time we would request a buyer to give us 24 hours. She made it clear to the other realtor in a very professional way and sure, we would have showings before the 24 hour period but Paula always checked with us as soon as she got word that someone wanted to view our home and she was very calming to our needs and stresses of getting the home ready quickly to be viewed. She left the decision up to us to either show it or have the interested buyer wait to the mmm he 24 hour period. She is excellent in all the categories above and beyond that. I never had to deal with anyone else at Century 21. Paula was the only one we dealt with. Paula kept us informed every step of the way in closing of our new home and any changes that had to be made, she was on top of it and made sure we knew ahead of time the plan and it was an easy adjustment and that's because of Paula and her expertise and calmness.
