Seller reviewPaula Lewis is a superior agent from every point of view. She understood my crazy timeline and other personal difficulties in moving out of my home. She helped me stage it and knew what was needed to get it into top shape. She was always available and patient when I needed advice since it was my first time in taking over my family finances and doing this. When we had multiple offers, she helped me understand the pros and cons of each and the implications of which offer to take. She is incredibly well organized and I had already seen this in her community work. I recommentd her without reservation to anyone needing a great real estate agent.

Seller reviewPaula Lewis is very smart and organized and has lots of contacts with repair people, title company staff, and a great photographer. The communications were excellent especially as most of the transaction was conducted long distance, out of state. I felt completely in good hands and taken care of from start to finish.

Seller reviewI would highly recommend Paula Lewis as a broker/agent and Century 21 as a business for selling a home. Despite what was a very stressful period of my life, (e.g. the many restrictions of COVID, working full time up to three days before my house went on the market, planning a move out of state with a certain timeline, having a surgery scheduled during the sale and then an unexpected 5 day hospitalization and handling an unhappy cat who had to leave or be contained during all showings) my overall experience was excellent. I couldn't have had a house sale go more smoothly due to Paula's abilities, knowledge base, planning abilities and approachable and friendly demeanor. She was highly professional and completely trustworthy and has all the qualities needed for this profession. Century 21 provided documents promptly, processes were explained, Docusign was efficient and not time-consuming and staff at Century 21 were responsive by phone or email when needed. I can't think of any improvements I could suggest.
