Seller reviewPaula McCarthy was a pleasure to work with. She was always professional and had a positive attitude. Paula kept us informed with updates on a weekly basis, sometimes daily. We signed 3 sales and purchase agreements of which the first 2 had a change of heart and walked away from the purchase. Paula kept insuring us that the property would sell and she was RIGHT, the 3rd sales and purchase agreement we signed was for the asking price. The closing took place 8 days later. We couldn't have been more happy. A big Thank you to Paula!

Buyer reviewWe found Paula purely by accident, and what a find. We both felt GOD smiled on us the day we meant her. She was quite knowledgeable in regards to the area and helping us find the perfect home. She was very responsive with all of our questions. We did travel a couple of times to the area before our final decision was made. Paula was still there every time we called her with more questions. My husband and I agree we would strongly recommend her to anyone who asks.

Seller reviewPaula had been our listing agent on another property we sold in 2014. We thought she did an excellent job then, so she was our only choice for the property on Madras. The listing price she suggested was right in the ballpark for the area. We were out of Florida most of the time the property was on the market, so Paula dealt with any problem, including coordinating with the renters. She did a more than fine job,& we would hire her again, should the need arise. THANKS PAULA!
