Seller reviewPedro Barraza Jr. was very helpful. When we first purchased the property, it was under another realtor. We tried several times to contact them to show us the house, they never responded. We were looking at another house that Pedro had listed, and we mentioned this house, he agreed to check into it and we were finally able to see the house. We ultimately bought the house through Pedro. When we did the renovations on the house and decided to sell it, we knew the only realtor we would choose would be Pedro. He showed the house and we sold it and closed quickly. He has been very easy to contact and friendly. We would definitely recommend him.
