Peggie was referred to me by a mutual friend who knows her very well. She assisted me in the purchase of this property as well as the sale of it. My situation was unusual in that I only lived in the house for 4 months. I made the decision to move due to geographical issues such as hurricanes and the aftermath of two major storms hitting the area. Throughout, both, the purchase and the sale of this property, she performed like a champ. I have to admit that I am not the easiest client to have on your hands as I ask MANY questions, and I tend to get a bit high maintenance with complex situations. Peggie did just the right amount of guidance and hand-holding that she could, and I had the sense that she was genuinely concerned about my best interest. She tended to the typical duties that an agent is expected to do, but also brought it with a warm, assuring approach. I felt that she genuinely listened to my MANY concerns, and addressed them to the best of her abilities. She really is amazing, and I consider myself very lucky to have had her representing me during these transactions. I would not hesitate to call upon Peggie again should I need real estate help in the future. She performed her duties with the utmost of professionalism, care and style. In addition, I appreciate her follow-up communications that she had with me after, both, the purchase, then sale of the property.
