She gave us some ideas of areas she thought we would like. Once we were ready to start looking for a house she was more then we could have asked for! Gave us honest and real feedback and opinions. Once we wanted to make an offer, she was so helpful in every step of the process all the way to closing and even after. Seller reviewPenny came to our house and went over the entire process, what her plan of attack would be and what to expect. Penny kept in contact with us throughout the sale. I have bought and sold 10 houses in my life, none went as smooth as easy as this sale. There is no better realtor in the DFW market. I mean that. Thanks!!! Penny sold our house in 4 days. Really can't say any more. If I still lived in TX, I would have used Penny to buy our retirement home.
