I am Penny Green, a 20 year resident of the Mountain Home area. Leaving the farm lands of Southern Arkansas to relocate to the Twin Lakes area myself, has given me a closer bond to my clients who are anticipating relocating.
I immediately fell in love with the beautiful Ozark Mountain views as well as the gorgeous lakes and rivers. The strongest draw to the area I felt, I would have to say, would be the people. The local residents truly never leave home without sporting a genuine, friendly, smiling face. That smile you will find to be contagious, just as I did 20 years ago.
I would be honored to be able to help you in your own relocation transition and would be happy to share this beautiful Ozark area with you. I value and respect your time. Being efficient and effective is important to me.
My past experience in commercial banking and abstract/title work has contributed a large portion to my success as a REALTOR®.
