I can't speak highly enough of Penny as my real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated.

penny is always willing to take her time with you no matter how long you take. she was always answering all my questions without hesitation. she was honest about every house we went into and we are greatfull for that. she couldn't work with us during the holidays but she made sure we had a good agent to help with the closing. we are so greatful to have her help us find our home !!

I loved my experience with Penny Seagers. She was very helpful and answered questions that I didn't know I had as well as the questions I did have. She responded in a timely manner and was readily available when I needed to talk to her. I was relocating from South Carolina so viewing homes in person was problematic. Penny took the time to provide virtual tours of homes I was interested in and sent photos and videos to me of certain things I wanted to see in more detail. While I wasn't physically in several of the homes, she made every effort to make me feel as if I was. I would and already have recommend her to anyone that is looking for a Real Estate Agent. She listened to what I wanted and did not waste my time with listings that did not fit my criteria. I really appreciate the time and effort she put into my home search.
