Constant interaction with him was key for the process and we had that with Percy Sotomayor. Not only guided us with the pruchase but also with lenders and even the HOA. Will never forget his lessons on types of properties, mortgages and above all....the shark tale lol. Beyond excellence...that's where you find him!
