I pride myself on being well educated in my business technically and professionally as well as the many wonderful relationships that come from being a Realtor. On a more personal side I am married, the proud father of two beautiful children and I have a few pets running around. My family is the greatest part of my life! Seller reviewPete did a great job selling my mom's house. There are challenges selling a home an older person has lived in for 46 years. Pete set realistic expectations and made good suggestions on minor things to help with the sale. He suggested a realistic price point to offset the expense of sprucing it up for someone one else. Only to have them change it to make it their own. That worked out well.
