Seller reviewPete went over and above he knew market value helped out with ideas for painting and staging the house so it would show all the upgrades and work we put into the house . He was always in contact never any questions was very proactive and the house sold in five days at full asking price which by the way was about 15 k more than I had expected I would not hesitate to recommend peter to anyone I know interested in selling a home top notch in my opinion! All went seamlessly perfect experience Pete was proactive helped paint and clean house beforehand so our home was presented in the best way!!! As stated before can give no higher praise best selling experience I've ever had

Seller reviewPeter was our third realtor. We hit gold when we found him. We can't thank Peter enough for making this an easy and pleasant experience. We sold our house from another state. Peter stepped right in and treated our house as if he were putting his own house up for sale. Our house sold the next day on the market. It was truly a pleasure and a wonderful experience.

Buyer reviewI was quite pleased with Peter, and with finding me a home as well as a fast sell. The neighborhood is a plus as it seems very friendly. The neighbor on the right brought over Brownies while the workmen were making improvements to the house, which I thought was sweet. Of course, they all ate them up! Peter pointed out that the kitchen being in another color would be perfect for me, I did agree as it was not a color that I would like. It is now a soft lemon shade and with all the new appliances it is a very happy kitchen. I am very pleased by everything Peter did for me, and have recommended him to a friend of mine for a home for her son. He kept me on the progress of the homeowners association offer being accepted.
