Back in the day when I dreamed about my future career, I became thrilled with the idea of helping others reach for and achieve their goals. For me, these customer goals went from helping someone select an outfit for a special occasion while working in retail all the way to my dream job of being a teacher. There is nothing better in the world than the feeling I get when a customer seeks me out for help and walks away more than giddy with the positive customer service they received from me. After 20+ years of learning and mastering these customer service skills, I have jumped into a full-time Real Estate Professional career with Century 21 Affiliated, and have over one-year of experience. More importantly, I am trying to find a better work and family balance so I can continue being a husband to my beautiful bride, Chris, and a dad and hero to my son and daughter. I have lived and/or worked in the immediate area for the past 5+ years, and before that, I lived in Dane County for 15+ years. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, hunting, fishing, DIY projects and following the Brewers, Badgers, Packers and Bucks, along with the local high school sports teams. My extensive background in education and retail sales has allowed me to develop outstanding customer service qualities and skills. I strive to be a strong communicator to ensure all bases are covered. I adapt to all types of learning styles by developing whatever means necessary to enable every client the opportunity to understand all aspects of the real estate transaction. I will be the trustworthy, dependable Real Estate Professional who will always place his client's needs at the forefront, and will follow through on each detail, question and road block that occurs. Finally, you can count on my knowledge of the area to help you find a place to best meet the needs of you and your family. I come from a family whose dad served in the military so I pride myself on serving military families. Buyer reviewFrom the jump, I felt Peter Boettcher wasn't about getting us in a house and banking a commission. I felt his interest was helping us to find a house we desired at a price we could afford and however long that took, that was okay. Again, purchasing a home in a market several hundred miles away leaves one in a position where they have to have trust and confidence in one's broker. Peter provided that in spades, with a sense of humor, genuine humanity, accurate guidance, and attention to detail. I highly recommend his services.
