I had a very terrible situation come about where the buyers' loan fell through to purchase our home at the 12th hour. Pete was there the entire way trying to make the best of the situation and was diligent in relisting our home. Because of his efforts, we were able to sell our house again in less than two weeks. Unbelievable guy. Couldn't ask for a better Realtor.
