Peter has always explained the realistic haste, and guided us with comps and market analysis to determine what we should offer. His opinion has been invaluable. We have now tried a handful of times to place offers and finally, FINALLY, we were in contract. Peter's wonderful relationship with everyone during this entire process, him making sure we passed our fire inspection, was not overseen or not completely appreciated. This was an investment property sale and i am an out of state owner. peter coordinated with contractors to fix issues, clean the property, prepare it for sale, and removal of items that the buyers wanted out prior to closing. Honestly was the best and easiest sale i have experienced, and from 100 miles away.
