Seller reviewFinding a realtor in a small town where my wife and I both live and work from and grew up here, is a hard decision to make. We know many realtors and how do you choose them all? We wanted a trustworthy and knowledgeable agent to sell our property. Phil was great at bringing not just his opinion but other Realtors from the Frank Frye Century 21 office thru and getting their opinions of updates and changes we should make for our best value of return to make the house(s) most marketable. Phil was great at walking us thru the sales process and contracts and paperwork. There were times I literally just said "okay, guide me thru this" and he did...I will and would highly recommend Phil and the Frank Frye - Century 21 Real Estate team.
