Also did a great job handling the deposit. Making it easy just to wire it. Very good explaining everything I had to sign even after hours. Yes. Overall he did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone I knew who was thinking of selling or buying. Phil was excellent to finding a price range on selling the condo. He scoped out other properties that was similar to the property that I was selling.
